Sundays Are the Best Days
current song: The Offspring - Ixnay on the Hombre
So we went to Danny's house yesterday and hung out for six or so hours. The guys had some beer, and I slavered like a heroin addict over my first caffeinated beverage in two weeks.
First up on the agenda was a movie called Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. (Link to IMDb profile.) Most of the actors aren't well known, but it has the Poltergeist Lady (Zelda Rubinstein) as the Shortest and Creepiest Librarian In the World, and a few parts by Robert Englund (Freddy Kreuger). I recommend it five billion times over -- the first ten or so minutes are a bit bogglingly slow, but I may or may not have accidentally rolled off the couch laughing by the end of it.
Then we watched Willow. We've all seen Willow over nine thousand times. So it wasn't so much watching as quoting the script and competing to come up with the filthiest jokes possible.

As a bonus treat to make you feel normal summarized at the Fandom Wank community on Journalfen: Some people are just batshit crazy. Normally I am supportive of Strange Things. Hell, I'm all for fantasies. But some things are just a little too weird for me.
